How long do I have to pick up my order?
Since orders are paid before delivery to your school, you must contact the school for your items.
Can I try on my order upon collection?
Items cannot be worn prior to purchase, however items may be held against chest or waist.
How do I track my order?
You will receive email/text notifications when your order is processed and ready for pickup.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Bring your ID and the original receipt or proof of receipt via text or email.
When can I collect my order?
Once you receive notification via email or text that your order is ready for pickup, you may come to the zip code location of your school to pick up your order with your ID and proof of order and collect your item(s).
How will my order be shipped?
Items are NOT shipped, instead they are picked up at the school which was listed on your delivery information.
Delivery destinations & times
Online orders may be picked up from your school location at the given date (from 9am - 6:00pm).
What does delivery cost?
There is no delivery charge since items are picked up at the school locations.
🛍 Product
The product I want is out of stock. How will I know once it's re-stocked?
You may send a comment to us from our website and we will advise the expected stock time.
Can I get more information on a particular product?
Click on "Contact Us" and enter your info and question(s). You will receive a response shortly thereafter.
Do you offer wholesale prices for bulk buying?
We do not offer wholesale pricing, but we do offer discounts on embroidery or heatpress items purchased in bulk

Credit and debit cards are usually charged once the order has been completed online.

If your card is not be accepted for the transaction. You may try another credit or debit card.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order prior to items being shipped to you, however you will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of total original order.
